Overview

Christmas lunch in the stylish, award winning Melrose Restaurant will be a magnificent gourmet fanfare.  Make your selection from our Chef's special menu:

Crusty Ciabatta Loaf with Balsamic Oil

Herb crusted tuan loin on a warm confit tomato and green bean salad, finished with a dill mayonnaise
or
Baked lasagne of cured ham and buffalo mozzarella, served with a champagne and saffron cream, topped with baby watercress

Grain fed beef tenderloin served with a sweet potato puree, buttered baby spinach and jus braised mushrooms
or
Rolled walnut stuffed turkey breast, served with sage potatoes, white asparagus and redcurrent jus

Steamed Christmas pudding with cognac custard, cherry syrup and hazelnut ice cream
or
Swiss chocolate fudge, served with whipped chocolate cream, liquer soaked strawberries and coconut sorbet.
